What happens if the regulation does not state a value?
The field stays blank and you fill it in. Values that go on an application are never estimated.
Does it work for other localities?
The documents are generated anywhere in Romania. The zoning list covers Bucharest and Târgu Mureș, and the indicators are configured for Târgu Mureș. In other cities you enter POT, CUT and the height regime from your own urbanism certificate, and the completion report tells you exactly which ones.
